These Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of EDIS24, including our website and iOS application (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d), operated by ENERGODATA spol. s r.o. (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\n

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.<\/p>\n

1. Use of the Services<\/strong>
\nThe Services are provided for lawful use only. You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.<\/p>\n

2. User Accounts<\/strong>
\nAccess to certain features of the Services requires the creation of a user account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account information secure.<\/p>\n

You may initiate deletion of your account directly from within the iOS application. Deletion of your account and related personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the Services.<\/p>\n

3. Privacy<\/strong>
\nYour use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal data in connection with the Services.<\/p>\n

4. Intellectual Property<\/strong>

8. Termination<\/strong>

You may also choose to delete your account directly within the iOS application.<\/p>\n

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Services is no longer commercially or legally feasible.<\/p>\n

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.<\/p>\n

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
\nThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.<\/p>\n

10. Changes to These Terms<\/strong>
\nWe may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Services or on our website, and the \u201cLast Updated\u201d date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n
